Restart your Device.
A lot of issues are easily resolved by simply restarting your iPhone or iPod Touch. If you are having problems, try this first.
If restarting doesn't solve the issue, you may want to try re-downloading the application and installing it again. If you want to remove the application from your device first, just be aware that removing an application will delete all of your data for good.
iPhone and iPod software updates generally provide system bug fixes that may solve issues in our software. Be sure to keep your software up to date. Connect your device with iTunes and make sure you always have the latest version of the operating system installed.
We officially do not support jailbroken devices. We will always attempt to help our users, but we can't fix issues that may be caused by software that isn't supported by Apple.
